about me

At Thinkwell Therapy, I am dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental environment for my clients. I received my first degree in Physical Education, with a minor in psychology, and later went on to receive an Honours Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling. It was my dream to become a psychologist, as I have always been passionate about helping others and listening. Through my years of coaching, guiding and parenting, I formed a strong foundation for my counselling career. I am an experienced counsellor and have my Master Therapeutic Counsellor designation. Although I specialize in Couples Counselling and CBT, I have a very integrated approach. I believe relationships are one of the most meaningful - and sometimes most challenging - parts of being human. I work with couples who want to understand each other more deeply, break out of painful cycles, and create a relationship where both partners feel safe and valued. My counselling approach blends warmth, evidence-based tools and genuine curiosity. I aim to help you not only resolve conflict but rediscover the love and connection that once felt effortless. I am a registered member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada, and I have a very flexible schedule that can be adapted to the needs of my clients.
